Jingge Semi（晶格半导体）main business scope covers monocrystalline silicon and polysilicon materials, including polysilicon ingots, monocrystalline silicon rods, silicon powder, silicon target materials, silicon tubes, silicon wafers, silicon components, silicon electrodes, silicon rings, zone-melted silicon and other silicon products. These products are widely used in scenarios such as the high-temperature diffusion of high-efficiency photovoltaic cells, the high-temperature diffusion of semiconductor silicon wafers, and high-temperature annealing in the preparation of integrated circuits. For example, thin-walled and deep-hole silicon furnace tubes are applied in these scenarios.
