At present, Jingge Semi is capable of mass-producing ultra-large diameter semiconductor-grade single crystal silicon materials with a maximum diameter of Φ470㎜ (19 inches) at a high yield rate. The resistivity covers specifications such as 70-80Ω·cm, 1-4Ω·cm and <0.02Ω·cm, which can meet customers’ needs for various high, medium and low-resistance products. In addition to providing single crystal silicon rods, Jingge Semi also has certain subsequent processing capabilities for silicon rods, and can provide products such as silicon cylinders, silicon wafers and silicon ring wafers. Almost all of the company’s products are exported to mainstream customers in countries such as Japan, South Korea and the United States.
